    Dear Mike,

    I hope you are doing well!

    Firstly, I wanted to drop a quick note that I will be leaving this place soon as I am moving to a new home. Before I go, I would like to invite you and some close friends to a farewell party at my place so we can enjoy one last evening together.

    Also, I want to let you know that I can't take everything with me, I can give you some furniture and small appliances if you need.

    Additionally, I have one small favour to ask: could you help me to receive the mail that may still arrive here after I leave.

    Lastly, I thought you would like to know that I will miss you so much, and I think we will catch up soon.
